Our repair sites are interconnected by our IT system with respect to internal know-how transfer and exchange in order to gain „best practice“.

Pick Up & Return , Single / Double Swap, Empty Box Handling ; Warranty check using the sales receipt (invoice date) or serial number/production date. The warranty period granted by the manufacturer is authoritative (e.g. 24 months). Repair is carried out in line with the service codes stipulated by the manufacturers
Test & Exchange , Credit Note Processing, Refurbishment ; Highly specialized employees repairs made with special equipment down to component level (Level 3) in a completely ESD protected environment
Whole Unit Repair, Level 3 PCB Repair, LCD / PDP Panel Repair ; We achieve optimum material availability and capital input. PCBs are generally only replaced when necessary. Normally more than 80% of PCBs are repaired successfully.
